Our Single Pair Pack Doctor Surgical Gloves are meticulously designed for sterile operating room environments. Each pair is individually wrapped in a medical-grade peel pouch to ensure absolute sterility, easy transfer to the sterile field, and ultimate biological safety during complex surgeries.
To ensure maximum security and bio-compatibility, our surgical gloves are strictly manufactured in compliance with international regulatory protocols:
- ASTM D3577: Standard Specification for Rubber Surgical Gloves.
- EN 455 (Parts 1-4): European standard for single-use medical gloves, ensuring freedom from holes, physical properties, and shelf-life determination.
- ISO 13485: Certified quality management system for medical device manufacturing.
- AQL 0.65 / 1.0: Strict Acceptable Quality Limit for pinholes to guarantee a flawless barrier.
| Manufacturing Stage | Process Description & Quality Control |
|---|---|
| 1. Former Cleaning & Dipping | Anatomical hand formers are thoroughly washed and acid-treated, then dipped into a coagulant solution followed by a premium natural rubber latex bath to form a uniform glove layer. |
| 2. Leaching & Vulcanization | Gloves undergo extensive hot water leaching to extract water-soluble proteins and chemical residues. They are then heated in a vulcanizing oven to cross-link the rubber for maximum tensile strength. |
| 3. Surface Treatment & Stripping | The surface is treated with a USP-grade bio-absorbable powder finish to facilitate effortless donning. Gloves are automatically stripped from formers and undergo online air-inflation pinhole tests. |
| 4. Single-Pair Packaging | In a Class 100,000 cleanroom, the gloves are paired (Left/Right) and sealed into individual, easy-peel medical pouches with clear indicator lines for surgical tracking. |
| 5. Sterilization & Final QC | Finished packs undergo Gamma Radiation or Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization. Random batches are destructively tested to verify adherence to barrier and tensile standards before shipping. |
